Fees, Transparency & Complaints
Fees & price transparency — what it will cost

Introduction | SRA Compliance Note
We comply with the SRA Transparency Rules. Where we publish services for immigration (excluding asylum), we provide indicative prices and a clear description of what those prices include. For asylum services, pricing is quoted individually because of the case sensitivity and complexity.
Indicative fees
- Eligibility check and written plan
- Straightforward family visa application (document drafting and submission)
- Sponsor licence application
- Appeal preparation and hearing
(We will provide a detailed written estimate before starting work.)
What the fee typically includes
- Case assessment, document drafting, submission, and case management.
- Correspondence with the Home Office and third parties.
- Clear explanation of disbursements, Home Office fees and counsel fees if required.
Payment Terms & Complaints
We provide a client care letter and a costs estimate before work begins. Our complaints procedure is published and we will provide details in the client care letter. If you remain dissatisfied you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman.
